This violin is made from a personal Antonio Stradivari model using a two-piece back cut on the quarter from strongly flamed maple. The curl is of medium width and descends from the center seam. The scroll and ribs are of similar wood. The two-piece top is of medium grain spruce and broadens toward the flanks. The violin is finished with a red-orange varnish on a golden ground and is antiqued.
