Workshops and Guest Lectures in Poznań

Earlier this month, Gregg Alf had the pleasure of visiting the Academy of Music in Poznań as a guest lecturer for a series of violin-making workshops hosted by the Department of Artistic Violin Making.

Over several inspiring days, Gregg worked closely with students on topics ranging from instrument construction and restoration to setup, tonal adjustment, and the practical realities of life at the bench. The workshops created an open environment for discussion, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas between generations of makers.
